Ways To Stay Healthy


There are a lot of important things I do to keep healthy. First, I try to exercise. I play basketball twice a week. I feel very energetic after this. Second, I do not drink too much alcohol. When you drink too much alcohol, you become an alcoholic. Next, I do not sunbathe. Sunburn is not good for the skin because it causes cancer. In addition, I do not eat too much. Overeating causes obesity. Obesity causes an early death. Finally, I do not use drugs. Drugs are prohibited by the law. If you used drugs you become foolish. As you can see, I do a lot of things for health.
